A national health and wellness education organization struggled to grow revenue. I led a consultative sales process that included technical discovery, multi-stakeholder demos, and contract negotiation, resulting in a $3M ARR enterprise contract. After the close, I supported implementation by aligning internal teams to ensure rapid adoption and measurable impact.

D2C Software Subscription
Health, fitness, and wellness coaches struggled to consistently find clients for their businesses. I developed a subscription-based product combining AI-enabled software, eLearning, and managed services to support client acquisition. Within 6 weeks, 80% of coaches found clients, and A/B testing helped increase free-to-paid conversion from 8% to over 30% by reducing time-to-value.

Crypto Token Launch
Consumers lacked a platform to monetize wellness activities. I led a cross-functional team across marketing, engineering, and operations to develop the brand, product roadmap, and Solidity-based infrastructure for an ERC20 wellness-to-earn token, where health data optimization creates financial rewards. We launched an ERC20 token in 8 weeks, secured $60K in launch capital, grew market cap to $2M+, and generated $150K in revenue.
